Connecting Nike membership with Zalando.
Background
Nike had begun its newest connected membership partnership with JD Sports and Zalando. Through these new partnerships, Nike Members can link their membership accounts with the accounts of two of Europe's leading retailers. I was the Consumer Experience Manager at Nike EMEA during the phase of the Zalando partnership exploration (2019-2021). I led the consumer experience design that defined how the benefits from this partnership would be presented to Nike and Zalando shoppers.

How might we best display connected inventory in a customer's journey?
How might we invite shoppers to join Nike Membership at different moments to unlock access to Nike Member Exclusive product?
Now launched, the Nike x Zalando connected Membership initiative marked a milestone in Nike's pursuit of offering a more rewarding shopping experience to it's members.
Through these new partnerships, Nike Members can link their membership accounts with the accounts of two of Europe's leading retailers. Benefits for shoppers include connected inventory, new digital experiences, and access to Nike Member Exclusive product.
