Innovating Citywide Exploration
SNKRS Stash is an interactive way to unlock exclusive products hidden throughout your city. An extension of the existing SNKRS mobile app, Stash invites users to track down 'coveted drops' (rare, in-demand sneakers) at hidden Stash Spots throughout their city using photos and video clues.
Launching 'Shared Stash': A Global Initiative
Nike were planning on launching a new variation of this experience called 'Shared Stash'. This new spin would enables multiple cities to participate in a Stash event simultaneously. However, prior to its launch, I was tasked with conducting research and design iterations to prepare it for a global audience. Working as the EMEA Experience Design Manager, I collaborated closely with the SNKRS North America team to prepare Shared Stash for its debut in Europe.

My approach
Cross-team collaboration: I led workshops that drew upon the creativity and expertise of teams across NYC and EMEA, to ensure we were aligned on strategy and feature evolution.
User-driven insights: I organised and executed extensive user testing throughout Europe. This was key in refining our approach so we could deliver an experience that made sense and connected with our EMEA customers.
Design and UX improvements: I refined interaction design and UX copywriting to ensure the Shared Stash journey was not only intuitive but also a blast to engage with for our Nike members.
