I'm Jon, a design leader who thrives on forging real human connections through my work and play.

This ethos guided me into improv acting, practising Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, workshop facilitation, design leadership, and even learning how to code so I could developed little apps that help people communicate better. I've also recently launched the app GameBox to help kids and adults alike discover screen-free games for real-life play.

My experience is diverse, with projects ranging from retail to fintech, cybersecurity to healthcare.

What drives me? It's the belief that design can truly bring people together, whether it's through a well-run workshop, a thoughtful app, or even a simple conversation.
